Did you know that George Frederick Blanda ("The Grand Old Man") was a a former American football quarterback and placekicker?

Did you know that Blanda has the distinction of having played 26 seasons of professional football, the most in the sport's history, and had scored more points than anyone in history at the time of his retirement?

Blanda was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1981, his first year of eligibility, and also was inducted into the University of Kentucky Hall of Fame?
