KISSIMMEE, Florida - An Osceola County teacher is out of a job after parents started complaining. They said she asked third grade students to give her massages. One mother told Eyewitness News the touching going in the Kissimmee Charter Academy classroom was highly inappropriate. In Donna Coulter's third grade class, each student had a job. It could be cleaning the room, organizing books or taking out the trash, but one task really upset parents. "One of the jobs she was giving was to give her massages," said parent Stacey Vazquez.more

A Florida state attorney is investigating thousands of potentially fraudulent voter registrations associated with the leading organizer of Florida's Amendment 5 ballot initiative. But this is just the tip of an iceberg of illegalities, fraud and contradictions connected to the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) ... Former ACORN Miami-Dade field director Mac Stuart has declared an intent to sue ACORN and has made charges of rampant voter fraud operations. Stuart was employed and specifically tasked by ACORN to generate 103,000 new voter registrations from Dade County. He reports that ACORN threw out Republican registrations while paying for Democratic ones. Stuart also charges that ACORN targeted ex-cons and that he personally set up registration tables outside the Miami police department and Dade County jail.

Canada - Just 28 per cent of doctors at 10 hospitals washed their hands between patients, Ontario's auditor general says in a special report into deadly outbreaks of hospital superbugs like C. difficile. FOX News Is Ignoring Reports About Palin's Extramarital Affair

When the National Enquirer broke the news a few months ago about John Edwards' extramarital affair with Rielle Hunter, there was a steady stream of stories and discussions about it on FOX News although Edwards was no longer a candidate by then. Yet FOX News has been ignoring the same tabloid's report about an extramarital affair between current vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin and her husband's former business partner, Brad Hanson.

According to the San Jose Mercury News, the McCain campaign has threatened legal action against the Enquirer. But the Enquirer says it has three sources from Hanson's family, including one who signed a sworn affidavit, and has published the story.

Pretty juicy stuff, eh? Just the kind of thing that FOX News couldn't get enough of when it involved Democrat John Edwards. Hannity & Colmes even devoted a full show to his scandal (plus more segments in other shows). On August 8, 2008, Sean Hannity said, “I applaud the Enquirer” for investigating Edwards because “He's running for president... He's a contender for vice president or was.” But here we have an actual vice presidential candidate and... silence.

Dynasty star Heather Locklear arrested after 'erratic driving while on prescription drugs'

Struggling even to stand up, this picture shows Dynasty actress Heather Locklear being helped from a police car after being stopped for driving under the influence of prescription drugs.
Officers were called after Locklear was seen revving her engine loudly and repeatedly reversing over a pair of sunglasses in a car park in Santa Barbara, California.
She then stumbled about in moving traffic, it is claimed.

Police made the 47-year-old balance on one foot to see if she was sober - but she had to steady herself on a road sign.
Police said a witness, who didn't recognise the star, reported that she had stopped on a nearby highway and left her car, apparently stumbling into traffic.
Alcohol was ruled out after tests but Locklear was charged with driving under the influence of prescription medication and released on £2,700 bail.
