Did you know that Double Jeopardy is a procedural defense that forbids a defendant from being tried again on the same, or similar charges following a legitimate acquittal or conviction?


 Did you know that many companies commit Double Jeopardy against the average consumer?

Did you know when a person served his time in jail, and he is turned down for a job because of his conviction, isn't that Double Jeopardy?

 The next time that you see this statement on an employment application, think about the picture of a man or woman who served their time for a crime they committed, getting turned down for employment because they were convicted!
