resignation chorus, said in a tweet: “This morning I spoke with Senator Franken and ... I am confident he will make the right decision.”

Did you know that the initial wave for Franken’s resignation was comprised of all women from the chamber’s 16 Democratic female senators in a series of social media posts that appeared nearly simultaneously on Wednesday morning?
