Did you know that Mark Spitz in 1972 was the American swimmer, who won 9 Olympic gold medals between 1965 and 1972, 7 of them in 1972 in Munich- 100 m butterfly, 100 m freestyle, 200 m butterfly, 200 m freestyle, 4x100 m freestyle relay, 4x100 m medley relay, 4x200 m freestyle relay.
