Man beat up another man for urinatig on his leg

A man was arrested early Thursday for allegedly beating another man who had urinated on his leg while he was sleeping.
Arrested was Joshua L. Mattison, 31, of the 1000 block of South 11th Street.
The 35-year-old victim suffered a swollen right eyebrow and a bump on the back of his head, and he was treated at St. John’s Hospital. Police said he was intoxicated and uncooperative.
Mattison told police he was sleeping at his home and awoke to find the victim urinating on his leg. He yelled at the victim, and the victim ran to a house in the 1200 block of South 11th Street. Mattison and four other people followed the victim to the house, he told police.
A woman who lives at the house told police Mattison said he had a gun and blocked the door when she wouldn’t let him in the house and closed the door on him.
Mattison told police he never said he had a gun and denied threatening anyone or attacking the victim.
